Will be in Barcelona on November 4th, 5th & 6th for three days of the masterclass in his last class of the year in Spain.
You will learn a lot of techniques, interact with the chef, and try all his elaborations in the final table dessert. Inverted puff pastry, croissants dough, brioche, puff pastry brioche, sweet and salty elaborations
