
Durante los días 16, 17 y 18 de Noviembre tuvimos en barcelona la presencia del excepcional chef Pastelero Gregory Doyen el cual dictó una masterclass de tres días “HANDS ON”, todos los asistentes hicieron elaboraciones de los postres creados exclusivamente por el chef sus “signature desserts”.
