Sergey Kulkin is a highly renowned chef, surely you have already heard of him and his brand GIN & ДЖЕР, a pastry laboratory in Moscow, Russia.
Sergey took classes at the international confectionery school “Vip-Masters” together with the Bellouet Conseil. He was an ambassador for Chocolate Cacao Barry-Nina Tarasova and an intern for Antonio Bachour. According to “Dessert Professional” magazine, he was the best pastry chef in 2011.

ABOUT THE COURSE
We designed a simple and friendly course with the intention that it is suitable for beginners. The instructor, Sergey, always does the important lessons, but he shows them in a simple way for the students so that everyone can follow the class step by step.
The course is divided into 3 sessions, so you will have a deep learning whether you have a lot or little experience in the kitchen.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
The instructor is very professional with his students and that is why the course is divided into 3 sessions that increase in complexity little by little so that in the end you can learn useful baking techniques, prepare different desserts and finally you will learn how to use chocolate in your desserts.
This session is beginner level. In it, chef Sergey teaches us creative preparations for any type of dessert.
We continue with procedures to create the best desserts.
In the third and last session you will learn how to handle chocolate and mount it on any type of dessert to give it a professional, stylized and personal touch. Finally you will work on making a velvety frosting.
Upon successful completion of the course, each participant obtains a badge as proof of the skills and knowledge acquired.
