As a young kid, Otto Tay was very passionate about pastry baking. He studied at Pastry institute and Graduated at an early age. After graduation, he started his career in the Hotel food and Beverage section. Gaining experience from there he moved to the Academy of Pastry Arts and became a pastry chef instructor.
