The Korean pastry chef Eunyoung Yun Garuharu steps on our school for the first time with the collaboration of @pastrybcn to give a masterclass on June 9th, 10th & 11th. Well-known by the nickname “The queen of éclairs”, builds various textures and flavors thanks to architectural techniques, Garuharu sets out to captivate its audience with the elegance and modernity that it displays. The program covers recipes for choux pastry, tarts and travel pastries. A unique opportunity to get closer to the metaphysics of this artist who fuses Western gastronomy with Asian references.
